Grass Roots Hockey Grants, of $1,000, awarded through WAHA are designed to enhance and reward Associations that promote the growth of hockey. Total amount of grants is $30,000 and each Region is limited to $5,000. Applicants must be members of WAHA and USA Hockey.

WISCONSIN HOCKEY HALL OF FAME NAMES 2015 INDUCTEES
At its Annual Meeting in Wausau, the board of directors of the Wisconsin Hockey Hall of Fame has named its inductees for 2015. Selected for induction to the Hall September 12th
in Eagle River are John Hack
of Superior, and Joe Baldarotta
, formerly of Madison and Stevens Point and now a resident of Sturgeon Bay.
In partnership with the Wisconsin Hockey Hall of Fame, and at the same ceremony, the Wisconsin High School Hockey Coaches Association will induct brothers Jack Stoskpf of Plover and Mike Stoskopf of Hudson into the Wisconsin High School Hockey Coaches Hall of Fame.
The Wisconsin Hockey Hall of Fame was founded in 1975 and is housed in the Eagle River Arena.ï¿½ The Wisconsin Hockey Hall of Fame was established to honor outstanding individuals responsible for the development and success of amateur ice hockey in the State of Wisconsin.
The event in Eagle River includes a golf tournament, banquet and the induction ceremony of Saturday, September 12. All events are open to the public, but ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
