Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association, Inc. will be hosting tryouts for all USA Hockey registered players born between 1995-1998 for an opportunity to receive an invitation to tryout for one of these prestigious camps (open attachment for dates and locations). Any player interested in this opportunity must sign up and attend the WAHA Girls' Festival. Fond du Lac Family Ice Center – 550 Fond du Lac Ave., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Cost: $75.00 includes jersey, ice instruction and player evaluation. Registration: Starts on February 1st and will end March 15th at www.wahahockey.com. Late registrations will be accepted if there are open positions on the team for your birth year, also the late registration fee will be $100.00. Confirmation: All players registered for the WAHA Girls’ Festival will receive via email the complete weekend schedule by April 1st, 2012. From the WAHA Girls' Festival a number of players from each birth year will be invited to attend the USA Hockey Central District tryouts for an invitation to one of USA Hockey National Development Camps. This tryout is by invitation only and you must attend the WAHA Girls’ Festival to be considered for an invitation to this tryout. For all players born in 1997 and 1998 your tryouts will be Friday evening April 27 and till 6:00 pm Saturday April 28. For all players born in 1995 and 1996 your tryouts will start Saturday evening April 28 and will be finished by 6:00 pm Sunday April 29. This tryout is by invitation only and those players invited to the festival will be notified by a phone call no later than April 17. If you receive an invitation to this tryout the fee will be $125.00. The schedule will be emailed and posted on www.centraldistricthockey.org and www.wahahockey.com. All players MUST be USA Hockey registered and be a citizen of the USA to participate in a National Camp.
