Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association

For USA Hockey (USAH) insurance to be in force for summer hockey, bantam and younger:

1. All players must be USAH registered for the present season.
2. All coaches must be USAH registered for the present season, and must be certified at the proper USAH level for that team.
3. All on-ice officials must be properly registered by USAH.
4. All opposing teams and games must comply with #1, 2, 3 above.
5. All tournaments must be USAH sanctioned and all teams and officials in those tournaments must comply with #1, 2, 3 above.
6. All teams must be registered with WAHA (in-state teams $25; out-state teams $50).
7. All player and team registrations for summer hockey must be sent to the WAHA office by April 30 of the current playing season.
8. The current playing season is defined as Sept. 1 to Aug. 31.

WAHA is asking your help to help equip our sled hockey team. Please consider a one time donation of $550 to equip our kids with a sled and sticks. Donations can be sent to Tom Slocum, 10134 N. Port Washington Rd, Mequon, WI 53092 made payable to WAHA Sled Hockey. We are also looking for associations to have their PeeWee, Bantam, Midget, or High School programs to donate 1 hr. of ice time to have their able bodied team play our sled team. We will bring the equipment for your team to play in the sleds and compete. This a great team building event and an opportunity for your kids to find out for 1 hour, what it is like to be disabled for 1 hour!
